Worst Service by Denzong Leisure

Worst service. We booked a trip for Singapore Malaysia in the month of June 2019 for 3 people. We faced lots of difficulties in Singapore,but they never used to bother to answer. We reported everything in mail,but they did not reply.

1>Once we reached airport the cab driver did not arrived.He was 1 hour late.

2> In every sight seen visit the cab driver used to be 2 hours late.

3>While coming back to hotel from universal studio we had to hire a cab for ourselves as the cab driver did not arrive.

We paid every single amount here in India in advance but they are horrible.
Very poor. Will never refer to anybody.
