My experience with Denzong has been very very poor. They did not do most of what they committed. I would never recommend anyone who I know to operate tour with them.
I've travelled with many operators. Fortunately all other operators that I've had a travel with did exceptionally well. Denzong turned out just right opposite to it.
My Bangkok trip turned bitter because of them.
