These people - Aniruddha Basu, Shubhadeep Dhar, Gauri Shankar Mishra and Sujoy Bhattacharjee cheated me of almost INR 90,000. Do not deal with these people.

Mr Dhar a Director doesn't have any knowledge on travel. These all people are pets of Basu. A note to all travel enthusiasts, please refrain from using their services.

This basu will make you promises but will fail drastically in keeping them.

An organization who cheats his employees cannot resist cheating their customers. Aniruddha basu is a scamster. He will make big promises and once you give in to his words, you are gone. They will take the money and will not deliver the quality services.

They charge the customers with 15 -30% markup on their services. Any customers reading this review, please note that your money was earned through a lot of hard work and sleepless nights. Do not put your hard earned money with these people.These people didn't pay my outstanding dues to a tune of almost INR 90,000.

Aniruddha Basu the mastermind with his pet dogs Shubhadeep Dhar, Gauri Shankar Mishra and Sujoy Bhattacharjee. They run a scam to cheat travel enthusiasts. Unfortunately lot of people give into their sweet talk and once they pay money, they would just change their attitude.

Basu has cheated other ex-employees as well. The moment you start speaking the truth about this company, Basu would ensure that you are in his bad books and you are forced to resign without even getting your dues.
What can you expect from such a scamster who has cheated earlier his partner and formed this company.

Mr. Prashant Denzong Leisure's local co-ordination at NJP is a irresponsible fellow

we booked silk route package from this agency for the last week of May 2019. The booking was made 6 months ago. In spite of that, they have changed the schedule without taking our consent and did not inform the same to driver.

Their local co-ordination at NJP mr. Prashant is a irresponsible fellow and so does their head office executive. They have provided Bolero in spite of written commitment made by them for providing xylo or Scorpio.

They provided me the number of the coordinator only when we have reached wrong destination due to lack of information to driver and the coordinator never made a call back due to his huge work pressure and sometimes taking ominous measures like call forwarding.

Due to the irresponsible attitude of this company, I have to travel with two senior citizens and one infant nearly for 11 hours for a route of 4 hours and that too without lunch.

At last, I was compelled to break the pre-defined schedule and arranged through my own source and of course with extra cost. Be aware for their north Bengal package and their executives.

Denzong Leisure Silk Rout Reviews

Had a variety of tour and travel to offer....packages are also very affordable...but be aware before booking they will make a mess while booking hotels..we 4 families went to Silk Route they had booked 3 rooms for all the locations..on shouting and escalation they from the 4th day arranged 4 rooms for us...when we asked for refund they said that they will only refund us Rs. 1200 for three days...most pathetic of services....

Denzong Leisure Cheated Renuka Chauve for Sikkim and Darjeeling Tour

We had booked Sikkim and Darjeeling tour in the month of May. Once the full payment is done they are least bothered about the issues you face during the trip, which we have faced a lot. They won’t respond to your calls, messages & mails. In these 3 occasions we have been cheated and didn’t get the refund : 1) We had booked 3 rooms in a hotel in Lachung and paid for the same but we got only 2 rooms. 2) For one day sightseeing we were given only one vehicle where we had paid for 2 vehicles. 3) And another day they informed us at last moment that sightseeing was not possible but we had paid for the same. So all these three refund amounts are still pending and they no longer pick my calls or reply to my emails regarding the refund. The company is fraudulent which comprises of unprofessional, unskilled, illiterate, irresponsible & negligent bunch of people starting from the in-charge, the manager, the head and everyone else. Do not trust these people. Refrain from using their services. They are whole time big CHEATERS!!!

Worst Service by Denzong Leisure

Worst service. We booked a trip for Singapore Malaysia in the month of June 2019 for 3 people. We faced lots of difficulties in Singapore,but they never used to bother to answer. We reported everything in mail,but they did not reply.

1>Once we reached airport the cab driver did not arrived.He was 1 hour late.

2> In every sight seen visit the cab driver used to be 2 hours late.

3>While coming back to hotel from universal studio we had to hire a cab for ourselves as the cab driver did not arrive.

We paid every single amount here in India in advance but they are horrible.
Very poor. Will never refer to anybody.

Exorbitant prices Charged by Denzong Leisure

Very poor location and service of the properties. They charge exorbitant prices for these hotels which are not absolutely not worth. The staff have no idea about the place about which they are preparing the itenary. The are absolutely not committed to the services they claim to offer.

simply not satisfied with Denzong Leisure Services

We went on a tour to Silk route arranged by Denzong. I am simply not satisfied with their service. The itinerary printed on our receipt was changed without providing information to us. We were informed by the driver that we would have to stay at Lingtam instead of Padamchen.

We had to face problems regarding availability of transport in spite of booking well in advance and making full payment according to the rules. We were told that the problems faced were due to the occasion of Dussera which appears to be a lame excuse to me as the day of Dussera was known much before. It will not be an exaggeration if I say that our experience at Hotel Silk route Station in Aritar was horrible - bed sheets were untidy, there was not enough staff. Particularly disgusting was the fact that they were not able to serve the dinner (the menu was simple- chapatis and chicken curry) even at 10pm.

Some ladies of our group were gracious enough to help the hotel staff in the kitchen. And then only they started serving dinner to the children in our group at 10.20 pm !!!! We had to check in a homestay at Nimachen (not Padamchen) which was at a height from the road, many steps (approx 50) had to be climbed and that was not a proper staircase either. Aged people in our group had problems to reach the homestay.

However the behaviour of and the service provided by the hosts of the Nimachen homestay was very nice. And another fact worth mentioning is that one of the two cars hired by Denzong to take us from Sillurygaon to NJP arrived so late that some people of our group were almost missing the train.

They could board Kamrup Express literally at the last minute. My overall experience with Denzong was bad.

Will not recommend Denzong to anyone at least for the Silkroute trip.

Just had a trip to Silk route arranged by Denzong. Overall experience is poor. We were not informed about changes in the itinerary -we came to know from the driver ! Drivers were not punctual in some cases.

Some people of our group were about to miss the train from NJP on our way back due to late arrival of the car at Sillurygaon - our last halt. Experience at Hotel Silk route Station in Aritar was bad. Bed-sheets were untidy, there was not enough staff, dinner was served late inspite of the fact that some kind-hearted ladies of our group helped out the kitchen staff !

The hosts of the Banalata Homestay in Sillurygaon were rude to us. When the taps ran dry early in the morning causing much discomfort to us, the hosts on being reported about the problem started blaming us !

However we were lucky enough that the water supply was restored before our departure.
I will not recommend Denzong to anyone at least for the Silkroute trip.

My Bangkok trip turned bitter because Denzong Leisure False Commitment Says Pritam Sengupta

My experience with Denzong has been very very poor. They did not do most of what they committed. I would never recommend anyone who I know to operate tour with them. I've travelled with many operators. Fortunately all other operators that I've had a travel with did exceptionally well. Denzong turned out just right opposite to it. My Bangkok trip turned bitter because of them.

Denzong Leisure Completely spoiled our Malaysia trip

We had booked for Malaysia Singapore tour. We were told that we will get private transfers. We never got any drop from restaurant to hotel. Was told that it is walking distance from our hotel. However, it turned out to be 45 mins walk in the night.

When you call up they don't respond or start explaining that we should cooperate and under stand the itinerary. When we reached the Malaysia hotel they asked us for caution money. I have never come across this when you take a package. There was no guide. We were promised private transfers but Singapore city tour was in a bus with other people.

In Malaysia, we were promised 4 * property but 3 * was booked. Pathetic service....never ever take their services Good things are that bookings and Visa service was good. Indian restaurants for dinner were good. Vehicle quality was good.

Vinod Says my expectation did not match the what promised in the website of Denzong lesiure

I had taken the 2N/3D Sundarbans package ex kolkata from 25 Dec 19. Whilst the bus provided for pickup was good, the boat where you literally spend the next two days leave much to be desired. The boat in comparison with similar ones plying these waters was certainly below par.

The boat was also visibly over her normal capacity because the staff had to do two shifts to serve meal for about 35 plus guests onboard. While the staff was courteous, if you don't speak Bengali, you would need the help of fellow passengers to communicate with even the firms representative also.

The food is quite fine though doesn't match the menu in the website as egg is never served for breakfast (which is poori and sabzi) nor mutton for dinner. Also be prepared for all promulgated timings to be delayed by upto 1 hour, be it food timings or the scheduled trip departure timings.
Nonetheless, the beauty of the nature in Sundarbans does make you forget these inconveniences.

Denzong Leisure Spoiled Our Sundarban Tour Says Aparajita Mazumder

We concluded our Sunderbon sorjourn today .The highlight of our tour was spotting the tiger.But if you want my opinion I would not recommend Denzong leisure to even my worst enemy.

Safe from the boatride and food served by the boat crew the hotels they put us up were far below our standerd.I can directly say that the Sunderbon agent Mr Soumitra Barik/Barui who bragged about working for the last 14years and ofcourse the kolkata office manager Abhijit Bose had duped us royally and kept us at shadey places inspite of sending us pictures of Bonani resort which we had okayed.

We had our worst night stay experience ever so please be aware before booking with them

The trip was not planned properly, very short trip. Too much of traveling. Hotels was basic. Tour guide was not having good knowledge of the place. He was new to this place. Vai flights. Less stay, more of traveling.

Total waste of money..No customer service..The person who will book your tour will leave job.. Next one will say I don't know.. Hotel will be below standard when u call them they will say call this person and that too at last moment..better go with Druk tourism
