Denzong Leisure Private Limited - extremely unprofessional and poor services

I'm Ankit Goyal and we have booked a bhutan trip from denzong leisure pvt ltd.

As we tried to discuss so many things but the agent Ms Jayita always said it will be done and it's their responsibility to make our trip best.

They have mailed me the itinerary which includes a guide, an a/c innova or similar with driver. But the problem started after I paid the money. They have stopped responding and even if she pick up she always told us to talk to someone else.

At last moment they changed my itinerary with out informing which created a lot of problem in my trip. I have never been to such an unplanned and troublesome trip just because of denzong. When we reached bagdogra airport we found out the car was not with a/c as a/c was kaput. 

The whole journey for 6 days was horrible with out a/c in summer. 

Then comes the next problem of guide. We have been promised for a guide for the entire trip and we have confirmed it. But there they said no guide is available. Finally they provide a guide who was actually a driver and who doesn't know any thing about anything. So we were traveling with two drivers unnecessarily. It is mandatory in bhutan to wear their national dress for the guides but ours does not have any so he was not allowed any where inside any of their buildings. So finally I have paid for free for the a/c and guide which was the two most important part of the trip. 

We missed a lot of places which were mentioned in our itinerary because of poor knowledge and wrong estimation of time required to visit by our trip planner Ms Jayita. She even does not know how much time required to reach two places. When asked about it while planning she replied very rudely saying she knows better than us and internet as they go and see the places very frequently. 

Even an ill literate man can make a better itinerary jus by watching from internet. Hats off to great Ms JAYITA. It was highly unprofessional and low character by denzong. The change of my itinerary with out informing was the worst thing they did to me and I could do nothing as I have paid before hand. 

People who read this please believe and do not do the same mistake like we did, trusting denzong even after reading many bad reviews about it. Do not go by denzong if you value your time and money. 

I want my money back which i paid for guide and a/c car.
